Grammar - you say that word and it's the quickest way to wipe a smile off someone's face.Grammar has a universal bad reputation and needs a serious makeover!!!!!Only one person has ever told me that they don't just like grammar but they LOVE it,and yes as far as I know they do come from Planet Earth and aren't a robot!.I like the way things are explained in the Speak Lakota books.Check them out if you don't already know them.I don't mind,and that is as far as I go, basic relevant stuff that you really do need like wáŋ,waŋží,waŋžíni,eyá,etáŋ,tákuni and a few more things.Nobody understands everything immediately so don't stress out or give yourself a hard time or your friends,teacher or the language!!!Jan said the 3 rules of language learning are repeat, review and reinforce .
